Planning
Prior to our onsite visit, we will review a selection of your engagements for purposes of identifying opportunities. Based on this review, we will customize the Group Training Seminar, Engagement Strategy Sessions and develop our initial strategy for implementing the identified improvements.
Group Seminar
We will start the on-site portion of this training by presenting a one-day seminar for the entire Audit Group in which your professionals will learn practical techniques and methods of performing more effective and efficient audits. This seminar generally focuses on the following critical topics:
- Planning
- Risk Assessment
- Documentation
- Analytical Skills
- Engagement Management
- Other topics which are of interest to your firm
Engagement Strategy Sessions
AuditSense will then conduct a series of Engagement Strategy Sessions. These sessions are facilitated workshops that focus on the efficiency and effectiveness opportunities of specific engagements while at the same time providing your personnel with the tools to repeat the process on other engagements. Bottom-line: During these sessions, your personnel put the concepts learned in the Group Seminar into practice immediately.
Implementation
AuditSense will then assist in the organization of an Implementation Group that will have the responsibility of taking ownership of this initiative. In order to maximize your results, we will guide you for a full year by providing structured follow up.
After the year is complete, AuditSense will visit your firm for a one-day seminar which will be customized based on a review of your engagements in order to assess progress and lay the foundation for further improvement.
