Chuck spent the first twenty-two years of his career with a few top-100 CPA firms in the Pittsburgh area,
providing audit services to clients across most industries. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant
(CPA) by the State of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accounts and the Pennsylvania Association of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to his auditing
experience, Chuck has completed numerous projects for clients executing mergers or acquisitions.

Chuck established his own practice a few years ago to provide consulting services to small businesses.
His focus is on the accounting and financial reporting needs. He is passionate about providing
organizations with the expertise they need to advance their strategic objectives.

Chuck lives north of Pittsburgh with his two daughters. When they are not at the park or pool, Chuck
tries to trim a few strokes off of his golf handicap or is collecting sports cards or collectibles.
