This training focuses on refining the skills of audit professionals and builds upon their base of technical knowledge in order to enhance their performance in critical areas such as supervising multiple engagements, project management, leadership, mentoring, and client service. This training also teaches key fundamental, “level-appropriate” GAAP skills from both accounting and auditing perspectives. Finally, the class discusses best practices in the area of audit effectiveness and efficiency.
