K. Glenn Aldridge, CPA
Glenn Aldridge has been an instructor with the AuditSense team since 2010. With over 35 years of
experience in public accounting, Glenn has held multiple leadership positions, gaining extensive
expertise in mergers, acquisitions, business consulting, financing, and occupational fraud.
His client portfolio spans diverse industries including hospitality, distribution, printing and advertising,
retail, service, construction, heavy construction, equipment sales and leasing, mortgage and investment
companies, technology, not-for-profit organizations, governmental, and real estate entities. Glenn’s
primary focus has been overseeing financial reporting engagements such as audits, reviews,
compilations, and agreed-upon procedures for closely held businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and
employee benefit plans.
As a result of recent growth, Aldridge & Associates was rebranded as CoSurge CPAs in January 2024 to
emphasize a new and innovative firm focus. One of the largest service lines for CoSurge CPAs is
providing Audit Leadership (Quality Management) to other CPA firms throughout the United States.
Before establishing his own firm, Glenn served as an audit partner and Director of Not-for-Profit Services
at two top 25 Atlanta CPA firms, where he audited some of the largest not-for-profit organizations in the
Southeast United States. He also gained corporate accounting experience at Egleston Children’s Health
Care System (CHOA) in Atlanta, overseeing financial reporting, accounting for investments, bond
financing, and subsidiary operations.
Glenn graduated from Bob Jones University in 1989 and became a Georgia CPA in 1993. He is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and serves as a peer review captain.
Additionally, Glenn is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA) and has contributed to various
committees including Nonprofit, Communications, and Career Awareness. He holds positions on several
boards, including Oconee State Bank and Leadership Ministries Worldwide, Inc., where he also chairs
the audit oversight committee (an accredited Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability
organization).
Glenn is married to his college sweetheart and together they have raised four beautiful daughters and
are enjoying being grandparents.
