Course Summary & Objectives

This training prepares auditors to assume more responsibility on engagements, including techniques to be successful in planning engagements, supervising staff as well as retaining the right amount of overall engagement management and control. This training also includes modules on planning, budgeting, client collaboration, self-management and performing substantive analytical reviews. Finally, this training teaches key fundamental, “level-appropriate” GAAP skills from both accounting and auditing perspectives.
